Channel 101 (Justin TIme & Commercial Interstitials)

As I was getting started as a self-taught animator, I enjoyed participating in the long-running Channel 101 show, in which participants would have one month to create a new episode of a show to be voted on, with the top 5 from each program selected to make a new episode for the following month’s show. I created a series called “Justin Time” which ran for 6 months, and also created a number of interstitials for the show. The animation and humor are a bit crude, but Channel 101 was a great experience and a great chance to meet other local creators in New York City.
